General Terms & Patient Information<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the Private Medical Practice of Dr. Oleg Kheyfets<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Type of the Practice<\/strong>
\nThis is a private medical practice. This means that Dr. Oleg Kheyfets has no contracts with public or private health insurers. Patients receive an invoice after each consultation, which they initially pay themselves. Subsequently, they can apply for a partial reimbursement of costs from their respective health insurance provider.<\/p>\n

2. Appointment Booking and Treatment Agreement<\/strong>
\nBy booking an appointment\u2014whether by phone, electronically, or in person\u2014a treatment agreement is established between the patient and Dr. Oleg Kheyfets\u2019 practice. Both parties commit to fulfilling the terms of this agreement.<\/p>\n

3. Cancellation of Appointments<\/strong>
\nBooked appointments are binding. If an appointment cannot be kept, cancellation is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations can be made by phone or via email at post@urologie-kheyfets.at.<\/p>\n

4. Cancellation Fee for Missed Appointments<\/strong>
\nIf a patient fails to attend a booked appointment and does not cancel in time as outlined in point 3, the practice reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of \u20ac200. This is based on the provisions of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) regarding service contracts.<\/p>\n

5. Billing and Payment<\/strong>
\nInvoices are to be paid immediately after treatment. The cancellation fee as described in point 4 will be invoiced after a missed appointment and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.<\/p>\n

6. Reimbursement by Health Insurance Providers<\/strong>
\nPatients can submit the paid invoice to their health insurance provider for reimbursement. Typically, the insurance covers part of the costs, usually up to 80% of the amount that a contract doctor would receive for the same service. For detailed information, please contact your health insurance provider.<\/p>\n

7. Sharing of Medical Reports<\/strong>
\nLaboratory results can be securely accessed by patients via the website www.labors.at. Alternatively, results can be collected personally during the practice\u2019s office hours.
